Mission

We provide Black and Indigenous People of Color (BIPOC) student-athletes and students pursuing careers in Physical Therapy a mentorship program that focuses on health and wellness, athletic development, academic and career mentorship, acquisition of college grants and scholarships and community building.

As licensed doctors of Physical Therapy, ourgoal is to shape and aid BIPOC high school and college students that are ambitious, health-conscious, and community-centered.

Vision

The One Step Ahead Foundation’s licensed Doctors of Physical Therapy envision providing access to Physical Therapy, performance training services, academic and career mentorship for marginalized students and student-athletes of color.
